Private Dining Menu
The Church Inn’s private dining set menu is seasonal and changes regularly so we are always offering fresh new dishes using locally-sourced, sustainable meat, fish, fruit and vegetables.
The set menu compromises of three starters, four mains and four desserts, all individually priced and including a vegetarian option. The relevant menu for your party can be sent to you on request, please see details below.
We also offer a menu designed for special occasions, with all your guests eating the same food (rather like a dinner party). There are some sharing starters, such as our ‘Trawlers Catch Board’ or ‘whole roast fore-rib of beef’, which makes for a sumptuous feast!
As the host, you will choose dishes from this menu and you and your guests will all have the same starter, main and dessert (with the exception of vegetarians).
Please note that your menu needs to be pre-ordered a week in advance of your booking. A minimum number of 14 people are required for the large dining room and 8 for the smaller Chefs Library.
An optional 10% gratuity will be added to the final bill. Please note we require 48 hours’ notice of final numbers.

Pre-dinner drinks may be pre-ordered and served in the private dining rooms to your requirements.
Wine may be selected from our list or we can recommend our ‘shipped in’ wine selection to you also. We are happy for you to taste wines before you select them for your dinner.
After dinner drinks can be pre-selected from our excellent range of ports, brandies and malt whiskies as well as pudding wines or our range of liqueurs.
Freshly ground coffee and teas are available also for you to enjoy after dinner.
