As Chef de Partie you are a positive, reliable, integral member of The Mainwaring Arms kitchen operation. You’ll have to be hardworking and trustworthy and used to working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll show attention to detail by maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen team as well as consistently serving well presented, wholesome dishes in a timely manner. You’ll be passionate about preparing and cooking great, fresh food for your guests to enjoy, you will treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times and you will share your team’s energy and passion to contribute to The Church Inn’s ongoing success
